Śnieżka publishes results for three quarters of 2024
The Śnieżka Group generated in Q1-3 of 2024 PLN 647.7 million in sales revenues, which represents a year-on-year decrease by 8.1%. In the analysed period, the EBITDA amounted to PLN 126.5 million and the net profit was PLN 67.4 million, i.e. 12.8% and 18.3% less, respectively, compared to the same period of the previous year.

Śnieżka publishes results for H1 of 2024
Śnieżka Group generated PLN 402.6 million in sales revenues in H1 2024, less by 7.3% y/y. In the period subject to the review, EBITDA amounted to PLN 67.4 million and net profit to PLN 31.7 million, less by 15.9% and 23.2%, respectively, y/y.

Śnieżka again has been found among the largest paint manufacturers in Europe.
The Śnieżka Group has been recognised by the European Coatings Journal as the 25th largest and best selling manufacturer of paints and coatings based in Europe. In 2023, the revenues of the only Polish representative in the ranking reached EUR 178 million, which represents an increase by 12.7% y/y. This result has placed the Group second as far as the sales value growth is concerned.

Śnieżka publishes results for Q1 of 2024
The Śnieżka Group generated in Q1 PLN 172.3 million in sales revenues, which means a year-on-year decrease by 14.5%. In the analysed period, the EBITDA amounted to PLN 26.3 million and the net profit was PLN 10.6 million, i.e. 29.8% and 38.7% less, respectively, compared to the same period of the previous year.

Śnieżka doubled its net profit in 2023
The Śnieżka Group generated PLN 857.8 million in sales revenues in 2023, which means a year-on-year increase of 8.3%. In the analysed period, the EBITDA amounted to PLN 159.4 million and the net profit was PLN 83.5 million, i.e. 50.1% and 102.3% more, respectively, compared to 2022.

Outstanding performance of the Śnieżka Group in the 2023 season
The Śnieżka Group recorded a successful season in 2023, achieving an increase in sales revenues by 8.3% y/y in the first three quarters. The sales increased by 9.0% on the Group's largest market, Poland. The share of the Ukrainian market, the third in the sales structure, again exceeded 10%, thus approaching pre-war levels. In turn, margins returned to pre-pandemic values.

The Śnieżka Group in the first half of the year: performance above expectations
In the first half of 2023, the Śnieżka Group generated sales revenues 7.7% higher than last year and recorded an increase in profits. The performance was primarily influenced by higher sales on the most important Polish market for the Group as well as high sales dynamics in Ukraine - the third market for the Śnieżka Group. In the second part of the season, the proprietor of the following brands: Magnat, Śnieżka and Vidaron is to focus on strengthening their market position. The margin protection remains essential to the Management Board.

The Śnieżka Group joins the Polish ESG Association
The Śnieżka Group has joined the group of members of the Polish ESG Association - a platform that connects organizations, local governments, corporations and smaller businesses around the ESG idea, creating space for cooperation, exchange of ideas and common development. Activities undertaken within the Association are to support the implementation of the Company's objectives set as part of Śnieżka's Sustainable Development Strategy 2023+.

Śnieżka's debut in EcoVadis was rated gold
Fabryka Farb i Lakierów Śnieżka SA was assessed for its activities in the area of sustainable development by EcoVadis - the world's largest provider of business sustainability ratings. As a result of an independent assessment, Śnieżka was awarded the EcoVadis Gold Medal, which places it among the top 5% of certified companies.

Śnieżka for the sixth time was found in „European Coatings” ranking
For the sixth year in a row, the Śnieżka Group was found among the 25 largest European manufacturers of paint and varnish products in Europe. Their ranking was prepared by "European Coatings" magazine based on last year's revenues. Śnieżka once again as the only one represents the region of Central and Eastern Europe in the ranking.

In Q1 of 2023, the Śnieżka Group generated sales revenues that were 6.1% higher than in the previous year and recorded an increase in profits. The performance was primarily influenced by higher sales on the most important Polish market for the Group. Śnieżka's priorities remain to develop the best possible market position and to protect margins.

Śnieżka has summarized the previous year and announced its sustainable development strategy
In 2022, the Śnieżka Group, despite difficult circumstances, increased its shares on all three key markets: Polish, Hungarian and Ukrainian. The better sales performance in Poland and the revival of demand for Śnieżka's products on the Ukrainian market contributed to maintaining the level of revenues year on year. Together with the summary of the results for the past year Śnieżka presented a plan for development in ESG areas. Śnieżka 2023+ Sustainable Development Strategy focuses on 21 measurable strategic objectives and 71 actions for the sake of the environment, people and business.

Śnieżka awarded for innovation in digitization
Śnieżka received the SAP Innovation Awards for the comprehensive process of digital transformation. The project called “Change IT” was implemented between 2018 and 2021. The effect is to streamline process management and increase Śnieżka's efficiency.

The summer cinema with Śnieżka will visit Dębica again
On July 8, 2022, the sixth edition of the summer open-air summer cinema will commence in Dębica. The next eight Friday evenings will be an opportunity for older and younger cinemagoers to watch suspenseful productions (July) and family films (August). Śnieżka as a strategic partner of the event will also arrange attractions for the youngest.

For the second year in a row the Śnieżka Group was included in the ranking of the "European Coatings" magazine and advanced once again. The results achieved in 2021 allowed it to take 22nd place among the largest manufacturers of paints and varnishes in Europe. Śnieżka has remained the only representative of Central and Eastern Europe in the ranking.

The grand finale of the “KOLORATORIUM" - we met the schools that won the dream laboratories!
Children's Day is a long-awaited time for all the youngest and for students from schools that took part in the “Koloratorium" program it was also a day abundant in emotions. This was all due to the announcement of the results of the 3rd nationwide edition of the program. After several months of struggle, we got to know the 10 winning institutions that will inaugurate their mini laboratories in September, i.e. professionally equipped biological and chemical laboratories.

Upon the Śnieżka-Ukraina company’s initiative a guide "Painting and finishing works" came into being
"Painting and Finishing Works" - is a title of a textbook, which can currently be used by Ukrainian students of vocational schools with a construction major. The publication officially included in the Ukrainian curriculum was developed by the Śnieżka-Ukraina team in cooperation with methodologists. The study is the culmination of eight years of cooperation between Śnieżka-Ukraina and the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine.

Śnieżka after a demanding Q1: strong position in Poland and Hungary
In the Q1 of 2022, the Śnieżka Group focused on strengthening its position on two main markets: Polish and Hungarian. In both key markets, its revenues increased significantly. At the same time, both the paints and varnishes industry and the global economy were found under intense pressure. The effects of the war in Ukraine have and will probably have a serious impact on the Group's bottom line in the coming quarters.

The Polish companies of the Śnieżka Group advanced for the second year in a row in the "50 Best Employers" ranking of the "Wprost" weekly - in the 2021 ranking they took 20th place. Śnieżka is the only representative of paint and varnish manufacturers selected by the editors to this prestigious cluster. This year, the editors focused also on aid activities for Ukraine undertaken by companies.

The Śnieżka Foundation renovated the gynaecology and obstetrics ward in Dębica in a spring-like manner
The Śnieżka Foundation renovated the Gynaecology and Obstetrics and Oncology Ward in Dębica, thus fulfilling its mission in the area of local activity. The official presentation, which was held on April 7, is a summary of the work thanks to which the patients can feast their eyes on feminine wall decorations in newly renovated interiors. This is the second - apart from the children's - ward of the Health Care Facility in Dębica, which was renovated and beautified owing to the Śnieżka’s support.

Following numerous questions we receive, we would like to inform you that Śnieżka has not been selling its products in Russia since mid-March - we have completely withdrawn from operating activities on the market in question. At the same time, from the very beginning, we have been actively supporting Śnieżka-Ukraina team members and the Ukrainian population.

In 2021, the Śnieżka Group focused its efforts on transformation and investments - implementing a new operating model, improving logistics processes and digitization. At the same time, it struggled with a number of market challenges, which influenced its performance. The Śnieżka Group published the results for the Q3 of 2021, ending this year's renovation and construction season. The achieved results are lower than the year before, due to, inter alia, slightly lower demand for decorative products and unprecedented price increases of raw materials.

Śnieżka notices a throw-back to the trends from before the pandemic - summary of the first half of the year
After the renovation boom in May and June last year the demand for decorative paints and wood products has returned to pre-pandemic levels. The performance of the Śnieżka Group after the first half of 2021 is lower than the record-breaking one achieved a year earlier. Concurrently, its total sales revenues increased compared to the pre-pandemic 2019.

In the first quarter, Śnieżka’s was improved
The Q1 of 2021 brought the Śnieżka Group an increase in consolidated sales revenues and profits. Proceeds from the Polish market increased by almost a fifth, which - apart from the persistently high demand for high-end products - was the result of greater number of orders from trading partners preparing for the spring peak of Poles' interest in decorative products.

In 2020, the Śnieżka Group achieved very good sales and financial results, followed by unexpected spring renovation boom and very good performance of the two most important foreign companies of the Group. It was also a busy period in terms of investments in logistics, IT and production lines. Śnieżka has also completed a key stage in the process of implementing a new operational model based on competence centres.

A hectic year for Śnieżka
In 2019, the Śnieżka Group generated better sales results, but the costs - related to, inter alia, the consolidation of the Hungarian company Poli-Farbe and the parent company’s development - translated into profits and margins, which decreased compared to the bumper year of 2018. Śnieżka intends to focus its activity on its key markets, adapting it to the developments in connection with the COVID-19 pandemic on an on-going basis.

In 2018, the Śnieżka Group generated record sales revenues. It also generated the highest profits in its history. The past year was also ground-breaking in terms of investments - the Group earmarked nearly PLN 70 million for the investments in question.
