The Śnieżka Group is composed of: Fabryka Farb i Lakierów Śnieżka SA (parent company) and its subsidiaries: Śnieżka Trade of Colours Sp. z o.o. (Poland), Poli-Farbe Vegyipari Kft. (Hungary), Śnieżka-Ukraina Sp. z o.o. (Ukraine), Śnieżka-BelPol Sp. z o.o. (Belarus), Radomska Fabryka Farb i Lakierów SA (Poland), Poli-Farbe Czechia s.r.o. (Czechia) and Poli-Farbe Slovakia s.r.o. (Slovakia).
The Śnieżka Group operates according to an operating model based on competence centres in key areas of its activity. FFiL Śnieżka SA, as the parent company, performs control functions in the supervisory bodies of subsidiaries and establishes a development strategy and coordinates the development of the entire Śnieżka Group in all aspects of its operations. In addition, it is a competence centre in the area of supply chain management (procurement, distribution, warehousing, logistics, information flow), IT, production and technology as well as research and development (R&D), and also acts as a shared service centre. In turn, Śnieżka ToC sp. z o.o. performs all functions in the area of sales and marketing, market analysis, as well as management of selected trademarks within the Group. These companies coordinate the activities of other Group companies in their areas of competence.
Since 2003, the shares of FFiL Śnieżka SA have been listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange and the shareholding structure of the company is dominated by its founders and their successors, who control approximately 60% of votes at the general meeting. Since its debut on the stock exchange, FFiL Śnieżka SA has regularly paid dividends to shareholders from the generated profits.
