The main markets of the Group in 2025 were as follows: Poland, Hungary and Ukraine. In 2025, the Group’s revenues generated on these four markets accounted for 96.0% of consolidated sales revenues.

Manufacturing facilities, warehouses, Logistics Centre and offices of the Śnieżka Group are located in four European countries.

    2025

    In 2025, the Śnieżka Group achieved sales revenues of PLN 772.5 million, representing an 3.2% decrease compared to the previous year. In Ukraine, despite the ongoing armed conflict, the company managed to maintain its market position. In Hungary, however, the results led to a decline in market share. Despite unfavorable market conditions, the Group was able to increase its share in the Polish market which is key to its revenues and achieved results that outperformed the overall decorative products market.

  • Development strategy

    The strategic objectives of the Śnieżka Group are focused on selected European and non-European markets

    while maintaining the leading position on the markets of Central and Eastern Europe, with the dominant role on the Polish market.

    The Group intends to achieve this objective by focusing on the development in specific countries and on strengthening its position in the segment of decorative paints on three strategic markets: Polish, Hungarian and Ukrainian. For the Group, the assessment of the above mentioned markets as prospective is the basis for the development a long-term presence strategy for those regions.

  • Innovations

    Digital transformation of the Group

    More than a dozen thousand customers and business partners, as well as several hundred employees, already fully use modern IT solutions that were implemented as part of the digital transformation conducted in Śnieżka between 2018 and 2021. The project, called by the company “Change IT”, kept a number of business processes up-to-date in all areas of Śnieżka’s operations. Over a hundred staff in the organization and many external consultants were involved in its implementation.
