The professional experience of the President of Śnieżka is closely related to the paints and varnishes industry. He started his professional career as the Marketing Department Manager in a local company in the paint industry, historically connected with Śnieżka SA, where he worked between 1995 and 1997. Then, for several years he was the President of the Management Board of one of the local companies operating in the field of construction chemicals, in which he also held some shares. He joined Śnieżka again in 2004 and since then he has been continuously holding the position of the President of the Management Board.

Piotr Mikrut is a graduate of the Faculty of Management at the AGH University of Science and Technology in Cracow, where he graduated with distinctions. He also participated in numerous trainings dedicated to the managerial staff.

From the beginning of his professional career, he has dealt with financial management. Between 1989 and 1991 he worked at WSK “PZL Mielec”, then from 1992 to 2003 he was worked for the CHEMAL company. He held the following positions: Accountant, Chief Financial Officer, Economic Director and Member of the Management Board. Since 2009, he has also been a statutory auditor.

In 2005 he was appointed to the position of Vice President of the Management Board of Śnieżka.

Witold Waśko graduated from the Rzeszów University of Technology (major: aviation), as well as postgraduate studies in accounting and finance at the Małopolska School of Marketing and Management. He has also completed numerous courses, including: budgeting, financial planning, quality management, human resources management and managerial ones.

In Śnieżka, which she has been with since 2000, she is responsible for marketing and sales. She commenced work as a Marketing Specialist, and in the following years she became the Marketing Department Manager and the Deputy Commercial Director. In 2006, she took up the position of the Commercial Director, combining it with the function of a proxy.

In 2007, she was appointed a Member of the Management Board of Śnieżka, and since 2011, she has been the Vice-President of the Management Board. At the same time, she is the President of the Management Board of Śnieżka Trade of Colours.

Joanna Wróbel-Lipa graduated from the University of Economics in Katowice (major: Management and Marketing) and postgraduate studies “The Advanced Certificate in Marketing”, conducted by the Business Development Institute. She also participated in various courses in the field of marketing and sales.

Since 1999 he has been affiliated with Śnieżka. Initially, he worked in specialist and managerial positions in the following areas: production, marketing, trade, domestic and export sales, customer service and logistics. Since mid-2020, he has been managing the Supply Chain Management area in Śnieżka.

In 2021, he was appointed a Member of the Management Board, and since 2022, he has been the Vice-President of the Management Board.

Zdzisław Czerwiec is a graduate of engineering studies at the University of Warmia and Mazury in Olsztyn (major: land surveying and real estate appraisal), as well as a master’s degree in the same field at the University of Agriculture in Cracow. He also completed postgraduate studies: managerial studies at the University of Information Technology and Management in Rzeszów, psychology in business at the Krakow Business School of the University of Economics in Krakow, and logistics and supply chain management at the Warsaw School of Economics.
