Śnieżka Group’s sustainability initiatives have been externally assessed in two nationwide evaluations. The company received the Sustainability Champion 2026 title, and its practices were included in the report “Responsible Business in Poland. Good Practices.”

In the 20th edition of the “ESG Ranking. Responsible Management”, prepared by Kozminski Business Hub, 63 organizations were assessed. With a score of 80 points, Śnieżka Group ranked 11th overall and 4th in the “Industrial Production” category, while also earning the Sustainability Champion 2026 distinction. The company improved its position compared to the previous year, when it ranked 24th overall and 5th in the industry category “Industrial and Chemical Production.”

This year’s questionnaire consisted of four sections and included 33 questions covering a broad range of topics. In 2026, the auditing firm BDO served as the substantive partner responsible for analyzing respondents’ answers. The ranking was held under the patronage of the Responsible Business Forum and UNEP/GRID-Warszawa.

In addition, Śnieżka Group was included for the sixth time in the Responsible Business Forum report, which celebrated its 24th edition this year. The publication is Poland’s largest review of corporate sustainability activities, and its structure is based on the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS) guidelines. The report presents 932 initiatives implemented by 263 organizations.

Among them were the following Śnieżka Group practices:

Śnieżka Academy

An internal program supporting employee competency development. During the second edition 71 training sessions for 633 participants were delivered. The initiative leverages employees’ training capabilities to facilitate knowledge sharing within the organization. This edition placed particular emphasis on areas supporting the Group’s objectives, including leadership, business impact, and productivity tools.

“Przeogarniacze. Entrepreneurship Reimagined”

An educational program run by the Śnieżka Foundation since 2016 and targeted at fourth-grade primary school students. The project aims to strengthen future-oriented competencies through a series of workshops on entrepreneurship, environmental awareness, cybersecurity, and critical thinking. To date, workshops have been delivered to 3,151 students in 50 schools.

The Group’s strong position in this year’s ESG Ranking and the inclusion of its initiatives in the Responsible Business Forum report are the result of processes and activities that have been consistently implemented and developed over many years. All of these initiatives are aligned with Śnieżka’s Sustainable Development Strategy 2023, which focuses on people, the environment, and ethical business practices.
