Śnieżka Group once again among Europe’s top 25 paint and coatings manufacturers
In the latest edition of the European Coatings Journal’s Europe’s Top 25 ranking, the Śnieżka Group was included among Europe’s leading paint and coatings manufacturers for the ninth consecutive year. Notably, Śnieżka remains the only company from Poland and the Central and Eastern European region represented in the ranking.
The latest ranking, which summarises the performance of the paints and coatings industry in 2025, clearly reflects the slowdown observed across the European market. According to the organisers’ analysis, the combined turnover of all 25 companies included in the ranking amounted to EUR 26.89 billion, representing a year-on-year decline of more than 4%. While some of Europe’s leading manufacturers reported significant revenue decreases of up to 24%, the Śnieżka Group maintained its position in the ranking. The Śnieżka Group’s consolidated revenue from the product categories included in the ranking (decorative paints, construction chemicals and industrial coatings) amounted to EUR 174 million, while the Group’s total revenue across all product categories reached EUR 182.3 million in 2025.
The past year was marked by continued market uncertainty and a challenging macroeconomic environment, which affected the performance of the industry and was reflected in the results of other decorative paint manufacturers included in the ranking. Against this backdrop, our primary focus was on maintaining operational efficiency and strengthening the position of our brands in key markets. Śnieżka’s continued presence among Europe’s leading paint manufacturers demonstrates that we are consistently pursuing our strategic development objectives, although we remain cautious regarding the pace of improvement in market conditions.
About the ranking
The European Coatings Journal ranking, published by Vincentz Network, is based on companies’ sales revenue data and takes into account, among other factors, M&A transactions. It is one of the most important rankings of Europe’s largest coatings manufacturers. The Śnieżka Group made its debut in the ranking in 2018 and has maintained its position in the list ever since.
