Śnieżka S.A. to Establish Subsidiaries in the Czech Republic and Slovakia
The Śnieżka Group is strengthening its presence in Central and Eastern Europe by expanding its organizational structure through the establishment of two new subsidiaries: in the Czech Republic – Poli-Farbe Czechia s.r.o., and in Slovakia – Poli-Farbe Slovakia s.r.o. These entities will be responsible for the sale and distribution of products under the Poli-Farbe brand in the Czech and Slovak markets.
The establishment of subsidiaries in the Czech Republic and Slovakia is in line with the Śnieżka Group’s strategy, which assumes a concentration of operations in Central and Eastern Europe. This will enable more effective sales coordination and further development of our presence in these countries. It is a natural step, considering the proximity of both markets to Poland. An additional advantage of this approach is our modern Logistics Centre in Zawada, which ensures efficient service for these directions.
The decision to establish the new entities has already been formally adopted by the Management Board, and the Supervisory Board has approved the implementation of the project. As the next step, complete registration documentation has been submitted to enable both entities to commence operations in their target legal form. The new companies will be established as limited liability companies, with Fabryka Farb i Lakierów Śnieżka S.A. as their sole shareholder. Upon completion of the registration process, the Śnieżka Group structure will be comprised of eight entities.
